The time I need to make/prepare an order for shipping varies. Made To Order items can take
1-2 weeks to complete (this can be more if order load is heavy). For more specific details, see individual items or contact me prior to purchasing if time is of the essence.
In case of loss or damage during the shipping I'm not responsible for it unless the item was poorly packaged or I have mistaken your shipping address.
If the doll breaks you can send it to me for a repair.
All sales are final, no returns.
All of my needle felt sculptures are created using a high-quality wool, usually Maori wool. Imported from Italy.

Every sculpture is well made to the best of my ability. Some are intended to be
re-positioned HOWEVER, all my items are NOT TOYS and will not hold up to constant handling and rough play. For this purpose they are not recommended for children.
However, if you know your child is gentle and respectful with special toys/collectibles then they should be fine.
Should your sculpture be attacked by your pet, please contact me and I would be happy to felt it back into perfect shape for you. There may end up being slight changes
with repair.
If you have pets, cats especially, I recommend keeping them in a space that they can not access, or protect them in a container such as a glass cloche or clear collectibles box.
